Tye Ruotolo may have recently transitioned to MMA, but that is not stopping him from defending his 185-pound submission grappling title next month at ONE Fight Night 41.
Ruotolo earned wins in his first 2 MMA matches with ONE in the back half of 2025 over Adrian Lee and Shozo Isojima. He defended his submission grappling title successfully over Izaak Michell in 2024 and more recently Dante Leon last May.

So far, Ruotolo is completely undefeated through 10 appearances on the ONE Championship stage. But he will be in for a serious challenge when he takes on Pawel Jaworski of Poland. Jaworski may be new to ONE, but he is coming off of a massive year in the Jiu Jitsu world, securing three major IBJJF titles and placing first in three ADCC trials tournaments in 2025.
