Tyson Fury ‘Burned Out’ First Series Of ‘Bridgerton’ With Wife Hours Before Knocking Out Deontay Wilder

Hours before Tyson Fury capped off his trilogy fight against Deontay Wilder, he was binge-watching Netflix.

“Bridgerton” to be specific. Paris, Fury’s wife, admitted that hours before the WBC heavyweight king successfully retained his title belt, they binge-watched the show, which is on Netflix.

“When we went over for Tyson’s fight in America we obviously have a lot of down time before the fight,” Paris said. “We burned out the first series of Bridgerton – I don’t know if I should admit that!”

“But literally it was so good and we burned the full first series out,” she added.

Paris also confessed that it’s been difficult going out in public because of Fury’s fanbase and “people respect him so much and want to be around him.”

She added that they tend to stay home and watch a lot of TV. “Bridgerton,” executively produced by Shonda Rhimes, is based on a romance novel, “Bridgerton” by Julia Quinn. The show takes place in the 1700s during the Regency era in London where the characters look to find love.

And, just hours after that, Fury knocked out Wilder in Round 11 after back-to-back exchanges throughout the night. Wilder is recovering from hand surgery while Fury looks for his next opponent.
