Tyson Fury didn’t waste any time responding to Anthony Joshua’s knockout victory over Kubrat Pulev.
Joshua put his WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, and IBO Heavyweight Titles on the line against Pulev on December 5. The title fight was held inside the SSE Arena, Wembley in London, England. Joshua scored the knockout victory in the ninth round after scoring several knockdowns in the fight.
After the win, Joshua said he’s taking things one fight at a time and if Fury is on the docket then so be it. Fury took that as a sign that Joshua is ducking him.
Here’s what “The Gypsy King” had to say on his Twitter account (via Bad Left Hook).

“Joshua just sh*t himself live on television. He got asked did he want the fight, and he went around the bushes and put his ass in the hedge. I want the fight! I want the fight next! I’ll knock him out inside three rounds. He’s a big, bum dosser!”
Joshua and Fury have agreed in principle to two fights. Fury holds the WBC gold, which is the only major heavyweight title Joshua doesn’t have. If both men share the ring then barring any last-minute stripping of a title, it would be an undisputed heavyweight title match.
The mandatory challenger for the WBO gold is Oleksandr Usyk. WBO President Paco Valcarcel has said that Joshua must defend his title against Usyk next unless an agreement with the mandatory challenger can be reached. Otherwise, “AJ” would be stripped of the WBO Title.
