Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder III: Press conference to be held on June 15
The Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder III has got the fans excited, courtesy of an independent arbitrator. On July 24, their fight which will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas will be televised on ESPN and FOX pay-per-view.
The fight was booked between both juggernauts of the heavyweight division after a United Kingdom-based arbitrator declared that Fury had to fight Wilder before he takes on anyone else. The petition was filed by none other than Wilder amid Fury and Eddie Hearn’s efforts to confirm a fight against Anthony Joshua.
Both Wilder and Fury are known for not seeing eye to eye with each other. Their first showdown ended in a draw. Tyson Fury was the talk of the town in the 2018 fight as he stunned the boxing fraternity by absorbing a powerful Wilder haymaker. Just when it looked like Fury would suffer the first loss of his career, he stood back up from down the canvas and continued the fight.
The second fight that took place in 2020 featured an untouchable Tyson Fury. Not just the Brit outfoxed his heavyweight colleague, but never let Wilder settle for the moment. Fury will enter the third fight 1-0.
