UFC 246 Salaries: McGregor Leads By Wide Margin
In 40 seconds Conor McGregor made $3,050,000 in his defeat of Donald Cerrone at UFC 246.
McGregor was the only fighter to climb over the seven-figure mark in purse money on Saturday, January 18th per documentation released by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. The disclosed salaries do not include any discretionary or pay-per-view bonuses handed out by the UFC.
In a loss, Cerrone walked out of the T-Mobile Arena with $200,000 for his efforts, the same as Holly Holm, who earned $150,000 for walking into the Octagon and another $50,000 for the win over Raquel Pennington, who made $63,000 in her unanimous decision loss.
