UFC 253 Weigh-in Results: Israel Adesanya vs. Paulo Costa

The UFC 253 weigh-ins have concluded.

UFC 253 is set to take place on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The action goes down this Saturday, September 26. In the main event, UFC Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya will share the Octagon with Paulo Costa. Both men made championship weight with Adesanya clocking in at 184 pounds and Costa weighing in at 185 pounds.

There will also be a title fight in the co-main event. Dominick Reyes and Jan Blachowicz will collide for the vacant UFC Light-Heavyweight Championship. Both men tipped the scales at 205 pounds.

There were two scale fails on the card. Zubaira Tukhugov weighed 150 pounds for his featherweight fight against Hakeem Dawodu (145). Also whiffing on the scale was Ludovit Klein, who clocked in at 150 pounds as well for his bout with Shane Young (146).
