UFC 264 salaries has been released
UFC 264 took place last Saturday, on July 10 in Nevada. The main event of the card was the trilogy between Conor “The Notorious” McGregor and Dustin “The Diamond” Poirier.
During the bout, McGregor broke his tibia and could not continue the fight, so victory was left to Diamond. It’s also noteworthy, that two judges scored that only round 10-8 for Poirier.
In the Co-Main event, Gilbert burns beat “Wonderboy” Thompson via unanimous decision, all three judges scored that fight 29-28. In the heavyweight bout, Tai Tuivasa put Greg Hardy to sleep in the very first round.
“Suga” O’Malley outstroke Kris Moutinho and managed Suga Show to continue.
In the women’s catchweight clash, Irene Aldana defeated Yana Kunitskaya via unanimous decision.
McGregor is the highest-paid athlete for a reason, he made more money than Dustin Poirier even when he lost, but other fighters made lots of bucks from the event, too.
