Main Undercard 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT (PPV) Live Results:

Co-Main Event: Dustin Poirier vs. Benoit Saint-Denis – Lightweight

In the evening’s co-main event of the evening, Dustin Poirier showed the world that he is still among the best 155-pound competitors, with a win over the hungry Benoit Saint-Denis. Poirier came into this fight with something to prove after losing by way of knockout to Justin Gaethje last year, and he more than delivered on that goal.

Despite finding himself in some compromising positions during the match, Poirier eventually found the mark in the second round, and delivered a series of punches that included a massive right hook that sent Saint-Denis to the canvas and finished the fight.

Official Result: Dustin Poirier def. Benoit Saint-Denis via Knockout (Right Hook) – Round 2, 2:32

Kevin Holland vs. Michael Page – Welterweight

In what was clearly a difficult stylistic matchup for Kevin Holland, Michael “Venom” Page secured the unanimous decision in his UFC debut. While Holland managed to keep things competitive, and had success in the second round when he was able to bring things to the ground, Page was a step ahead in most aspects of the fight.

Throughout the bout, Page hammered his opponent with stiff shots from a distance. The constant dynamic strikes and defensive footwork was too much for Holland to handle, and the frustration fueled exhaustion really showed in the third round.

Official Result: Michael Page def. Kevin Holland via Decision (Unanimous) 29-28, 29-28, 29-28

Gilbert Burns vs. Jack Della Maddalena – Welterweight

Former 170-pound title challenger Gilbert Burns seemed to be on top of his game tonight. He was controlling Jack Della Maddalena for a large part of the bout, executing takedowns at will and even controlling his opponent’s back for a period of time in the third round.

But, JDM was able to escape the grasp of the Brazilian JiuJitsu black belt and almost immediately delivered a strong knee as Burns was attempting to bring things back to the mat. The knee rattled Burns so much to the point that he was unable to recover, and the referee intervened following several landed ground strikes.

Official Result: Jack Della Maddalena def. Gilbert Burns via Knockout (Knee & Grounded Punches) – Round 3, 3:43

Petr Yan vs. Yadong Song – Bantamweight

In this high-level 135 pound matchup, Song Yadong and former champion Petr Yan went the 3-round distance in an absolute war. While each man fought valiantly, Yan was able to secure the victory by displaying excellent defensive wrestling and boxing that his opponent was unable to keep up with.

In the end, Yan secured the unanimous decision victory and improved his record to 17-5.

Official Result: Petr Yan def. Yadong Song via Decision (Unanimous) 29-28, 29-28, 29-28
