UFC Debuts In Liverpool On May 27th

Earlier this week, it was rumored that the UFC had been looking to debut in Liverpool in 2018, and today it was made official.
At a press conference prior to March 16th’s weigh-in’s the UFC officially announced it would be moving the May 27th event from Dublin, to Liverpool’s Echo Arena.
Darren Till, who has been the face of the MMA scene in Liverpool, has been pushing for an event in his hometown for quite some time. Now, not only will Till be on the card, but he will be headlining the event against an unnamed opponent.
Two fights have also been officially announced along with Till’s to be announced headliner, as Dan Kelly vs. Tom Breese and Elias Theodorou vs. Trevor Smith.
