UFC Draws $2.4 Million Gate For London Return

On Saturday, the UFC made their 11th and most successful trip to London, as UFC on ESPN+ 5 would draw 16.602 fans for a $2.4 million gate.

The numbers for the event, first reported by MMA Junkie, made the card headlined by Jorge Masvidal’s second-round knockout of Darren Till the best gate since debuting in London for UFC 38 in 2002.

In terms of bonuses, Darren Till, and Dan Ige would earn $50,000 performance bonuses for their work on the card, while Masvidal would get two bonus checks on Saturday.

Masvidal would earn not only “Fight of the Night” with Till, but a “Performance of the Night” for his second-round one punch knockout of Till.

For Ige, his “Performance of the Night” bonus came for a 77 second submission of Danny Henry, marking his third straight win inside the Octagon.
