UFC Fight Island 4 Results: Holly Holm Decisions Irene Aldana

UFC Fight Island 4 has concluded.

The event took place inside the Flash Forum on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. In the main event, Holly Holm shared the Octagon with Irene Aldana. The former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion bested Aldana via unanimous decision.

The co-main event featured a battle between Carlos Felipe and Yorgan De Castro. It was Felipe who picked up the unanimous decision victory. Germaine de Randamie also competed on the main card, choking out Julianna Pena in the third round with a guillotine choke.
