UFC Fight Night Pittsburgh Has Lowest Attendance For 2017

In a year where the UFC has gone through a transition in not only ownership, but in stars with the loss of Ronda Rousey and the lack of Conor McGregor inside the octagon, the UFC took its biggest hit on Saturday night in Pittsburgh.

The event at the PPG Paints arena featured the lowest crowd for a card in 2017, where only 7,005 fans attended the event for a gate of $396,190.75 per MMA Junkie.

For  Mike Perry, Uriah Hall, Gregor Gillespie and Jason Gonzalez they each earned $50,000 fight-night bonuses on Saturday night. Perry (for his first-round knockout of Alex Reyes) and Hall (for his comeback win by knockout) picked up “Performance of the Night” awards, and Gillespie-Gonzalez took home “Fight of the Night” honors.
