UFC Hall Of Famer Pat Miletich Will Face Mike Jackson On October 14th
Pat Miletich, the former UFC welterweight champion, is set to make his MMA comeback at the age of 55 against 38-year-old Mike Jackson at a Caged Aggression event.
According to reports, the duo will face each other on October 14th, 2023, in Davenport, Iowa at the RiverCenter.
The bout will be a professional MMA fight with five, three-minute rounds at a 175lbs catchweight.
Miletich has nothing left to prove in the sport, having gone down in the UFC’s ‘Hall of Fame,’ after having become a UFC welterweight champion. This included four successful defenses of his title.

His last MMA fight was a win over Thomas Denny via a second-round KO in 2008. In contrast, Jackson was let go by the UFC after four fights which included one win, two losses and a no contest.
His last fight was in the UFC, which was a first-round knockout defeat to Pete Rodriguez.
With that being said, the pair do have a history of bad blood. Miletich was infamously in attendance at the Capitol Hill protests in 2021, as he questioned the narrative surrounding it.
“I want you guys to know that the people who I walked with at the Capitol, none of them that I know of were involved in any of the violence,” Miletich
In response, Jackson hit back at Miletich by calling him a ‘domestic terrorist.’ Thereafter, talks over a fight between the duo continued to grow.
“I could wash Pat Miletich in MMA. I want to kickbox him so bad. It’s really because he’s just talking sh*t for no reason,” Jackson
While there were reports early in the year that a fight had been agreed, it did not materialize up until now as both fighters put everything on the line.
