UFC Middleweight King Israel Adesanya Issues A Warning To The Entire Division

It seems like Israel Adesanya is as focused as ever and will take on anyone to keep the prestigious title with himself.

Since making his debut in the UFC, “The Last Stylebender” hasn’t looked back. He’s made his way to the top winning the middleweight title in 2019.

Just after celebrating his 32nd birthday, Adesanya took to Twitter and issued a stern warning to all the possible rivals.

“PSA: Middleweights…you’re fu—ed,” he wrote. “Another metamorphosis happened on my 32nd trip around the sun. Bottom line, it has come to my attn that Imma need to #applypressure on everything. But yea, all you c—ts at 185 get better or get better excuses. Have a good day!”

Adesanya is coming off an impressive win against the No.4 ranked middleweight fighter Marvin “The Italian Dream” Vettori. He was clueless about the fighting prowess of the Stylebender. Adesanya who dominated all five rounds closing off the day with an unanimous decision victory.

The Nigerian was under slight pressure coming into this fight as he had lost his previous fight to the light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz. Adesanya wanted to make history by becoming only the third fighter in the UFC to win the title in two different weight classes, but it didn’t happen.

What’s next for the Last Stylebender?

After his adventurous quest for the light heavyweight title, Adesanya is back at middleweight.

He is seeking to defend his throne and seems to be ready to return to the octagon. But who is a real threat to his title?

The possible contenders for the middleweight title are Robert Whittaker, Paulo Costa, and Jared Cannonier. Of the three, Whittaker is the only one coming off a win.
