UFC ON ESPN 10 Salaries: Cynthia Calvillo, Andre Fili Lead The Pack

Not only did Cynthia Calvillo win the main event, but due to a major pre-fight issue with her opponent, she managed to take home one of the top salaries out of almost everyone competing at UFC on ESPN 10.

MMA Fighting revealed the payday the fighters who competed inside the UFC’s APEX Center on June 13 for UFC on ESPN 10 received. Calvillo (9-1-1) made her UFC flyweight debut and beat former contender Jessica Eye (5-8, 1 NC) via unanimous decision. Not only did she take home $110,000 for winning her fight, but she also earned an additional $12,750. That came from Eye ($38,250), who was fined 25% of her purse for missing weight.

Joining Calvillo with $110,000 was Andre Fili, who outpointed Charles Jourdain ($16,000) for the unanimous decision win. Some fighters, like Tyson Nam, earned money back after missing weight for their fight by earning the Performance of the Night bonus.
