UFC Owners To Distribute Huge Dividends To Investors
UFC and WWE parent company TKO Group Holdings has announced a second consecutive quarterly dividend payout of $150 million to investors, with stockholders set to receive $0.79 per share on June 30, as the company continues to report record revenues.
The latest payout follows an identical $150 million distribution in March for the first quarter of 2026. TKO has projected revenues of between $5.675 billion and $5.775 billion for the full year, driven by a series of broadcast deals including the UFC’s seven-year, $7.7 billion agreement with Paramount, WWE’s Monday Night Raw moving to Netflix, and ESPN’s deal for WWE premium live events on its new ESPN Unlimited streaming service. Zuffa Boxing, operated by Dana White and WWE president Nick Khan, has also added a new revenue stream following broadcast deals with Paramount in the US and Sky Sports in the UK.
