Usyk Reveals Opponent He Wants For Last Fight

Oleksandr Usyk has welcomed a fight against Alex Pereira

Usyk has said he will retire after two more fights following his win over Tyson Fury. The Ukrainian is targeting the winner of Daniel Dubois vs. Joseph Parker. They fight on February 22 in an IBF Heavyweight Title clash. The winner puts themselves in line to face Usyk for undisputed. That leaves Usyk with one fight left before he retires.

Pereira has been linked with boxing after Jake Paul called him out following his Mike Perry win. Dana White responded by ruling that fight out. Pereira is still contracted to the UFC and is the current light heavyweight champion. But Pereira previously said he wants to box Usyk. The Ukrainian is also on board with that too.

“I think anything is possible. It’s something I can’t plan, but it is something I would really like to do. That’s something that I really want. I’m under contract with the UFC. We know [Conor] McGregor did it. I don’t know how I would, but someday I would really like to do it… I’m the champ. I would like to fight the champ. So Oleksandr Usyk,” Pereira said
