VanZant Eyed For UFC On ESPN Debut

The UFC is looking to position one of its rising stars, as the recovering Paige VanZant will face off with Rachael Ostovich on the UFC’s debut on ESPN.

In a report from MMA Junkie, VanZant’s first fight since breaking her arm in January, happens on January 18th at a venue to be announced.

Earlier this month, VanZant announced that she had accepted a fight, but would walk the statement back over the weekend and claim her alleged fight was “fake news.”

The 24 year old would break her right arm in the first round of her unanimous decision loss to Jessica-Rose Clark at UFC Fight Night 124 in St. Louis. The injury would not heal properly and case VanZant to undergo a second procedure in July.
