VanZant To Undergo Third Arm Surgery

After being pulled from UFC 236 in April, Paige VanZant will need to undergo surgery on her right arm for a third time.

VanZant, who returned from a year long absence in January with her win over Rachael Ostovich, fractured her arm again in  training for the fight with Poliana Botelho, will go under the knife on June 13th.

The arm was initially broken in January 2018, in the first round of her unanimous decision loss to Jessica-Rose Clark, and would be surgically repaired twice over the course of last year.

As first reported by ESPN, VanZant will be out for three months, stalling the popular fighter’s momentum once again.
