Vince McMahon To Sell Over $400 Million More In Stock From TKO Group Holdings

Vince McMahon is selling more than $400 million of his TKO Group Holdings Inc. stock.

The Securities and Exchange Commission claims McMahon filed to sell 5.35 million shares, worth approximately $411.95 million. This is the second time McMahon has looked to sell his shares. Last November, Vince sold $700 million of TKO stock.

This coincided with allegations of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and abuse following a lawsuit by Janel Grant. The ex-WWE employee claims Vince offered a job in exchange for sex. She also alleges she was trafficked to other men.

McMahon denied any wrongdoing. The Federal authorities launched an investigation into his conduct as McMahon’s phone was seized. McMahon resigned from his role as Executive Chairman of TKO Group Holdings Inc in January.

“Out of respect for the WWE Universe, the extraordinary TKO business and its board members and shareholders, partners and constituents, and all of the employees and Superstars who helped make WWE into the global leader it is today, I have decided to resign from my executive chairmanship and the TKO board of directors, effective immediately,” McMahon said
