MMA fighter Ali Foladi sends his opponents crashing to the canvas with a vicious right hand as he starts his ONE FC stint on a positive note.
The Iranian light heavyweight Foladi was making his debut against Brazil’s Matheus Felipe at ONE FC 161 on Thursday in Singapore. Both light heavyweights started slowly as they wanted to feel the atmosphere.

But it was Foladi who made a move and threw a powerful right that landed flush on the Brazilian’s chin. The fight didn’t last a round as referee Herb Dean stepped up at the right time and saved Felipe from further punishment.
Foladi made his ONE debut following stints in Pahlevan and WJF in 2019. Following a three-year layoff from professional MMA competition, he returned to action in ONE after a lengthy free agency period.
Felipe was making his professional debut at ONE 161.
In the main event of the evening, Tawanchai PK Saenchai defeated Petchmorakot Petchyindee for the ONE lightweight title. Heavyweight kickboxer Roman Kryklya also earned a wild knockout in the co-main event
