A month or so before their match, Lorenzo Hunt and Mike Richman, middleweights with Bare Knuckle FC, got into a press conference scuffle.
On Thursday in Albuquerque, Hunt and Richman attended the pre-fight news conference for KnuckleMania 3. On February 17, the two competitors will face off for the BKFC middleweight championship.
At the press conference, Hunt and Richman—two of the most successful fighters in BKFC—exchanged plenty of insults. Throughout the media event, it was clear that they had a strained relationship.

Hunt smacked Richman, and the two of them began to fight on stage as BKFC President David Feldman struggled to preserve the peace. When security got involved, the background was ruined.
Soon after the incident, security was able to ultimately divide the two sides.
Both competitors are coming into the bout off of noteworthy victory streaks.
Hunt has engaged in violent altercations with other BKFC fighters before. Hector Lombard and he met face to face after their battle in 2021, and during the post-fight interview, Lombard started punching.
At BKFC KnuckleMania 3, a stacked card is led by Hunt-Richman. Austin Trout will be the opponent for Diego Sanchez’s promotional debut.
