They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. That is especially the case when it comes to a guy like Tony Ferguson.
A few days ago, Ferguson posted on social media an intense workout session in preparation for his UFC Lightweight Title fight against Khabib Nurmagomedov. It was something fans are used to seeing with Ferguson, who has been known to hit metal bars and do other forms of unorthodox training. It makes him who he is.
Two other UFC fighters are looking to make the most of quarantining and self distancing due to the coronavirus by making training videos of their own. Sean O’Malley, who just came back from a suspension by USADA, has been posting a series of hilarious training videos.
Not to be outdone, 20-year-old Chase Hooper followed his lead with his own unique video. He also was safe while doing so, utilizing hand sanitizers and didn’t put his hands on his face. You can check out the videos below:
