A video has surfaced of former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion Conor McGregor punching a bar patron in April over his whiskey.
In April, McGregor was investigated by Irish police over an incident at the Marble Arch Pub in Dublin, where McGregor clocked a man for not wanting to take a free shot of his Proper Twelve whiskey.
In the video, you see McGregor put the cup in front of the patron twice, both times the man (possibly a Jameson fan) refused.
After McGregor downed the shots with other people in the bar, he swung around one person to crack the older man in the jaw, who remained on his bar stool.
cops, who announced back in April they’d opened an investigation. It’s unclear if that’s still active, but there are no reports Conor was ever charged — even though cops have reportedly seen this video.
Perhaps most odd of all … the poor, old pub patron who got socked didn’t even get knocked off his stool. People are just tougher in Ireland, apparently.
