WATCH: Mike Tyson Continues To Train For A Comeback

In preparation for his return to boxing, Mike Tyson isn’t messing around when it comes to training.

The former lineal heavyweight champion is looking to head back into the ring to compete in exhibition bouts for charity. “Iron” Mike (50-6, 2 NC) posted another video on social media, showing off his training skills. He is seen punching the bag at a fast pace while moving quickly around the ring.

Tyson is shown wearing a “Tyson Ranch” shirt. According to his website, July purchases of the shirt will be honoring the TYSON Cares Foundation, focusing on helping at-risk children, as well as assisting people battling homelessness, substance abuse, and those who have been impacted by COVID-19. When he announced his return, Tyson planned on helping those who were just like him during his struggles.

The last time Tyson fought was in 2005, losing to Kevin McBride. Tyson was able to lose weight and get into shape thanks to stem-cell treatment and Kings MMA coach Rafael Cordeiro. He has received several offers to compete in the ring, whether from current or former boxing stars.

Tyson will be busy over the next few weeks, as he will be promoting “Shark Week” via a program on August 9. After that, it is unknown when a real opponent will be named for him.
