WATCH: Renzo Gracie shows off his infamous ‘Plastic Bag Choke’ to hundreds of onlookers

Renzo Gracie was recently in the United Arab Emirates to do some seminars and promotional work. He showed his infamous ‘Plastic Bag Choke’ to over 250 black belts during a seminar.

It’s called plastic bag because it mimics choking someone with a plastic bag over their head. He uses a reverse Ezekiel.
