WATCH: UFC 252 Weigh-In Faceoffs
Earlier today, fighters from the UFC came together for the UFC 252 weigh-ins. Two fighters didn’t make weight for the card on August 15.
Inside the UFC’s APEX Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, the main event will be Stipe Miocic defending his UFC Heavyweight Title against Daniel Cormier. This will be the third time these two have fought one another.
Back in 2018, Cormier (22-2, 1NC), the UFC Light Heavyweight Champion at the time, moved to heavyweight and beat Miocic (19-3) for the UFC Heavyweight Title. Cormier knocked Miocic out in the first round at UFC 226. That fight took place in July.
It took a year+ for the rematch to take place in California. In August 2019 at UFC 241, it appeared as though Cormier was going to win again. Miocic, however, fought back. He hit several liver and face shots, winning via TKO in the fourth round.
Check out the above video for the faceoffs between the fighters.
