Where To Watch: Vasiliy Lomachenko Vs. Jamaine Ortiz
Former lightweight champion Vasiliy Lomachenko is back.
Lomachenko takes on undefeated lightweight contender Jamaine Ortiz in a main event at Madison Square Garden tonight.
Lomachenko returns to the same venue or his last fight where he dominated former lightweight champion Richard Commey by 12-round unanimous decision.
Ortiz is coming off a career-best win over former super featherweight champion Jamel Herring, who he sent into retirement.
Lomachenko told FIGHT SPORTS that he is past the point of feeling pressure.
Ortiz, meanwhile, told FIGHT SPORTS that all of the pressure is on Lomachenko because when he wins “it’ll look bad on him.”
