Wilder Expects Fury Rematch Announcement Soon

Even with Anthony Joshua and Eddie Hearn are aggressively attempting to sign a fight with Tyson Fury, WBC world heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder feels their highly anticipated rematch will be announced soon.

“It’ll be announced real soon, maybe in two weeks or so,’ Wilder told Fighthype.com of the rematch of their early December showdown at Staples Center.. “It’ll be announced, so we’re getting all the little things in order, and we’re going to make another epic fight.”

Anthony Joshua and promoter Eddie Hearn are actively looking to sign a fight between Fury and the IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO world heavyweight champion for April 13th at Wembley Stadium.

Wilder has been called out by Hearn for his team not answering any of the Matchroom Boss’ emails.

“Don’t listen to what Eddie [Hearn] says. It will come around. It’s Wilder-Fury, that’s it,” Wilder said.
