Will UFC’s Parent Company Endeavor Buy The WWE?

The two promotions have crossed paths before.

Parent company of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Endeavor, could be one of the buyers of the WWE.

Although some fans don’t like the idea, there is a lot of resemblance between WWE and UFC. Although they aren’t directly linked to combat sports space, they have had crossovers previously.

CM Punk, Brock Lesnar and Cain Velasquez are some of the names that overlap between the two companies. Apart from that, Dana White and Vince McMahon have had negotiations over the years.

It was announced that the 77-year-old McMahon is set to return to the WWE after being told to leave due to a scandal. In his comeback, McMahon is likely to announce the possibility of putting the company on sale.

According to the recent rumors, Endeavor seems interested in getting on the act.

“Most plausible buyers of WWE seem to be Comcast (NBCU’s parent) and Endeavor (UFC’s parent), maybe Amazon,” tweeted by Brandon Thurston, wrestling reporter.

These companies and any business partners have to weigh whether they want to do business with Vince, whose scandals Stephanie has previously said hurt ad sales last summer.”

Fans are looking forward to seeing UFC and WWE under the same roof. Endeavor completed the purchase of UFC for $4 billion back in 2016.
