Zuffa Boxing Adds Shakur Stevenson To Stable Of Fighters

On the heels of his super lightweight title win earlier this year, Shakur Stevenson has inked a multi-fight deal with Dana White’s Zuffa Boxing.

Back in January, Stevenson made his return to the ring, defeating Teofimo Lopez in a 12-round unanimous decision to earn a world title at 140-pounds. As part of this new promotion’s roster, Stevenson joins big names such as Conor Benn, Mark Magsayo, and inaugural Zuffa cruiserweight champion Jai Opetaia.

Recently, Stevenson has been linked to matchups with Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney, but it has now been reported that his Zuffa debut will be announced in the coming weeks.

“They seem a lot cooler than what you hear about. I’m the best fighter on their roster,” Stevenson said following the signing process.
