Zulu Submits Joshua At EFC 75
After a lengthy and hard-fought battle, Nkazimulo Zulu is still EFC’s flyweight champion.
In the main event of EFC 75, Zulu submitted Gary Joshua by way of Guillotine choke to retain his title. The finish came as Zulu was in danger of being stopped by Joshua as the challenger landed a big knee in the fifth round.
Joshua managed to take down Zulu after big knee but Zulu was able to eventually recover and land the quick submission to win the fight. It was Zulu’s latest title defense since winning the belt back in 2015.
In the co-main event, Luthando Biko defeated Cal Elenor by decision to become the new EFC Interim bantamweight champion. It was Biko’s fifth consecutive victory in EFC.
