Josh Hokit Wants To Fight For The Title

Josh Hokit (10-0) has called for a heavyweight title fight against Ciryl Gane (14-2) or a BMF fight with Alex Pereira (13-4), following his stoppage victory over Derrick Lewis (29-14) at UFC Freedom 250.

Pereira’s coach, Glover Teixeira, recently suggested Hokit as Pereira’s next opponent after the former light heavyweight champion suffered a second-round TKO loss to Gane on the same card.

“Hokit is talking a lot of s—, let’s go over there and knock his a– out and get back to the top,” Teixeira said on The Ariel Helwani Show.

Hokit responded by outlining his preferred options.

“Either give me Ciryl for the title or Alex for the BMF,” Hokit wrote. “Whoever I fight, the fans will get pure violence with a show.”
