Cutelaba-OSP Reportedly Set For UFC April 25 Event

Two talented light heavyweights look to gain some much-needed momentum later this month. According to MMA Fighting, Ion Cutelaba and Ovince Saint Preux will face off on April 25, in a location to be determined.

Cutelaba (15-5, 1NC) is coming off of a controversial loss to Magomed Ankalaev at UFC Virginia in February. Appearing to play possum, the referee believed he was suffering enough damage to call the fight off. Losing the bout via TKO, the two were rumored to face one another in a rematch at UFC 249. “The Hulk” is 3-2 in his last five fights.

Saint Preux (24-13) is on a one-fight win streak, and 3-3 in his last six. He fought Michał Oleksiejczuk back in September, beating him via Von Flue choke submission. It was the fourth time OSP has won via that move.

The fight will take place on a UFC Fight Night card headlined by Anthony Smith v. Glover Teixeira. it is expected to be in one of the secret locations Dana White mentioned earlier this week.
