Luke Campbell Predicts KO Win Over Ryan Garcia

Luke Campbell isn’t short on confidence going into his bout with Ryan Garcia.

On December 5, Campbell and Garcia will collide for the interim WBC Lightweight Championship. The bout will headline a card on DAZN. The bout will take place inside the Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio, California.

Campbell spoke to Fight Hub TV and discussed his upcoming showdown with Garcia. He clearly isn’t lacking confidence (h/t Bad Left Hook).

“I feel like when I start hitting him, really hurting him, he’s not gonna want to be there, and I will knock him out there. I just believe in me. I believe in what I’ve got, I believe I’m performing better than I’ve ever performed and I’m literally in a fantastic place physically and mentally. And I want to go in there and showcase to the world what I can do and what I’ve got and he’s a great opponent to do it against.”

Campbell hasn’t competed since August 31, 2019. He challenged Vasiliy Lomachenko for the WBA, WBC, and WBO Lightweight Titles. Campbell ended up losing the fight via unanimous decision.

As for Garcia, his last outing took place on February 14. He knocked out Francisco Fonseca in the first round. This was Garcia’s 17th victory by way of knockout or TKO.
