“I fed you to the canvas in 90 seconds bro,” McGregor replied to Poirier’s tweet about a rematch between the two making sense.
“You should have spoke my name with a bit more respect in that build up. McGregor’s not next, Motherf***er, it’s McGregor always! McGregor is the goal! Always! Say that now and I’ll think about it.”
After the initial exchange between the two, Poirier responded to a tweet from MMA Junkie with an interesting idea.

In regards to a tweet about the rematch, Poirier responded with “in MMA or Zuffa Boxing.”
While UFC President Dana White has tamped down any ideas about UFC fighters crossing over into his boxing project, which is slated for an October start.
