UFC Austin Fight Night Bonuses

Following a big knockout victory at UFC Austin, Derrick Lewis will have a big bonus to cash on his short flight back to Houston.

Lewis, who would receive massive praise for not only his philanthropy, but helping people during Hurricane Harvey, earned a $50,000  “Performance of the Night” bonus following his third round knockout of Marcin Tybura, marking Lewis’ third straight postfight bonus.

According to a story filed by MMA Fighting, Curtis Millender not only earned a victory over veteran Thiago Alves, but also the other Performance of the Night bonus for dropping Alves with a knee during the second round of their fight.

Fight of the Night would go to the featherweights division battle between Brandon Davis and Steven Peterson Davis would take the win, earning his first win in the UFC, while Peterson would take the fall in his UFC debut. But both fighters take home $50K bonuses for their efforts.

Per MMA Fighting, the card drew an announced attendance 10,502 at the Frank Erwin Center for a gate of $794,350.
