The moment has finally arrived! The opportunity to fight for the WBA World Heavyweight Championship will be taking place between Adam Kownacki and Robert Helenius. The Barclays Center will be rocking on March 7, March 8 Nordic time.
Kownacki (20-0), who has 15 wins via knockout, will be fighting in his tenth Barclays Center fight. This will also be his second time main eventing. “Babyface” broke the CompuBox record for heavyweight punches in his last bout against Chris Arreola, winning the IBF Inter-Continental Heavyweight Title.
Helenius (29-3), a man who has 18 wins via knockout and is 4-1 in his last five fights, will be looking for his second win in a row. After losing to Gerald Washington back in July, he rebounded against Mateus Roberto Osorio in November.
