Max Holloway And The ‘Korean Zombie’ Make Weight Ahead Of Their August 26th Fight

Max Holloway will face Chan Sung Jung, better known as the ‘Korean Zombie’, at UFC Singapore on August 26th, 2023. 

The two featherweights made weight at 146 pounds for their non-title bout. Holloway, for his part, is ranked number two following his win over Arnold Allen in his last fight.

And at the age of 31, Holloway has fallen short at world level against Alexander Volkanovski, as all his losses have been at the hands of the champion. 

Meanwhile, Jung is outside of the top ten as the 36-year-old is ranked 11th. And given that he is entering into the latter parts of his career, Jung has suggested that this could be his final fight.

After all, he has been out of the cage since his loss to Volkanovski in 2022.
