Dana White described Donald Trump as the most resilient man he has met.
White and Trump have a close relationship, having been spotted together at various UFC events. Trump was in attendance at UFC 302 as he witnessed Islam Makhachev submit Dustin Poirier in the fifth round to successfully defend his UFC Lightweight Title. Trump has also helped the UFC stage events in the past, allowing them to use his Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City.
White recently spoke at the RNC this year to endorse Trump for president. He did something similar in 2016 and 2020. This time around, it followed after an assassination attempt on Trump. Trump took cover after shots were fired at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania. Trump had blood near his ear but made a full recovery, with White lauding the bravery he had shown.
Dana White: “Take any of the greatest fighters of all-time, [Donald] Trump is number one.“

“He showed up for the first fight and stayed till the last fight for both events. He’s a guy who would reach out to me my entire career when good things happen and say, ‘Hey, congratulations. I always knew you were going to do it. Number one, White said when discussing where Trump ranks as the greatest fighter ever. You take any of the greatest fighters of all-time, Trump is No. 1. The most resilient human being that I’ve ever met in my life,” White said
