Merab Dvalishvili will square off with bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley this month at Noch UFC, and it seems the challenger has been working on his standup game in Mexico.
UFC 306, aka Noche UFC, will go down on September 24th from The Sphere in Las Vegas. The event set to feature an electrifying evening of fights, which stands as a perfect way to celebrate Mexican Independence Day weekend.
In a recent post to social media, Dvalishvili sent out a video of him working on his boxing in a Mexican gym. While the Georgian has largely relied on his control and wrestling, to prepare for the dynamic striking of O’Malley, he is certainly exploring some unique avenues.
