Eddie Hearn outlined Anthony Joshua’s future as the boxer enters the latter parts of his career.
Joshua boxed Daniel Dubois on September 21 for the IBF Heavyweight Title. A victory makes him a three-time world champion and mandatory for the winner of Oleksandr Usyk vs Tyson Fury. That would give Joshua a shot at the Undisputed Heavyweight Title. AJ was a former Unified Heavyweight Champion on two occasions.
However, talks over an undisputed fight with Deontay Wilder broke down as both lost their belts. Joshua has bounced back. Since teaming up with Ben Davidson, he has stopped Otto Wallin and Francis Ngannou in his last two fights. Hearn expanded on the ideal scenario for Joshua to see out his career.
“AJ would fight anybody. He would be happy to fight Ruiz again. He’s not going to be around forever. Three more, four more, five more, or six more. AJ would fight anybody.
