Paddy Pimblett Announces His Return

Paddy Pimblett (23-4-0) says he will return to action at UFC 329 on July 11, 2026, in Las Vegas.

The bout will mark Pimblett’s first appearance in the Octagon since January 24, where he suffered his first UFC loss, a unanimous decision defeat (48-47, 49-46 x2) to Justin Gaethje for the UFC interim lightweight title. That defeat—the first of his UFC career—snapped a seven-fight win streak. The loss also meant he missed out on facing the UFC lightweight champion Ilia Topuria at the June 14th White House show.

UFC 329 serves as the anchor for the promotion’s annual International Fight Week, and is also rumored to be the return of Conor McGregor . The UFC has yet to confirm Pimblett’s bout, nor did Paddy mention an opponent, however Pimblett says his next fight is done. 

“I’m gonna be fighting in 12 weeks. July 11, it’s gonna be,” Pimblett said
