Ryan Garcia has returned to training as he continues to serve his year ban after failing for Ostarine.
Garcia’s failed VADA test for the substance resulted in his Devin Haney win becoming a no-contest. Garcia denied taking any substances intentionally, as his camp argued the amount in his body did not give him an advantage. Ryan struggled with the fallout as his behavior became more erratic.
He was arrested for vandalism after reports he caused damage to the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills hotel amounting to $15,000. Andrea Celina, his ex-wife, also claimed he broke into her apartment because she banned him from seeing their children due to his substance abuse. Now that Garcia is in training, he could be preparing for a fight.
“My whole career has been nothing but great fights. But no matter what, I always go on this type of break [and] I hate it. I’m just trying to show my talent to the world. I have so much to give,” Garcia said
His ban ends in April 2025. However, he has been linked with an exhibition in Japan against Manny Pacquiao. The pictures show Garcia pushing himself under the direction of his trainer, Derrick James, as Ryan could secure a Haney rematch.
